Web Hosting Agreement and Terms of Service: KnK welcomes you to explore and understand our terms & conditions. All the terms and conditions outlined below are mandatory for signing up with us and utilizing our hosting or any other technology services. Please ensure that you read them carefully and agree before proceeding with any service. Should you have any queries, feel free to contact us. KnK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We prioritize the security and satisfaction of our clients, who make up a vital part of our community.

Change in Packages and Pricing:

KnK reserves the right to change the prices and services of its packages at any time. The details regarding prices and services on our site may be updated without prior notice. Any increase in pricing will be applicable for new deals only. Existing agreements will be honored at the original prices.

Account Setup:

Your account will be set up once the payment is confirmed and all necessary screening procedures are completed by KnK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information to ensure smooth account creation. Failure to do so may result in delays.

Late / Non-Payment:

Accounts overdue by 7 days will result in the suspension of technical support. Accounts overdue by 14 days will result in suspension of the site and services. Accounts overdue by 30 days will result in the deletion of the site and data from all systems. If there is a credit card chargeback or reversal, your account will be terminated, and all data will be deleted immediately. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain accurate and updated details (address, contact, billing information) to avoid service interruptions.

Regular Updates of Details

We use the most current contact details available to us. If you fail to receive notices due to outdated contact information, KnK is not responsible. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

Prohibited Use of Services and Products

Clients must use services and products as intended and as determined by KnK. Unauthorized use of services may result in suspension or termination. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: Introduction of malicious programs (viruses, worms) into our network. Unauthorized access to servers or accounts. Attempted circumvention of monitoring or usage tracking.

Scripts and Programs

Scripts that consume excessive system resources (e.g., RAM, CPU) may lead to immediate suspension. Certain scripts, such as IRC bots, email spam scripts, and network auditing tools, are prohibited. Loss of Backup and Data: KnK is not responsible for any loss of data on your account. It is your responsibility to maintain proper backups of all data. We will take weekly backups for server restoration purposes.

Mailing List Hosting

We do not support hosting for mailing lists. Any mailing lists found will be shut down without prior notice.

Content Ownership

Source Code/Database - KnK retains ownership of the source code and database software, but the client retains ownership of content they provide for any development / product developed by KnK Infotech. Visual Design and Content - Clients own the visual design, HTML/CSS/Javascript, and text content upon completion and final payment. Web Hosting: Clients are granted access to web hosting services for the duration of their service agreement but do not own the server or the hosting infrastructure. Website Ownership - Clients only own the finished assembled work (HTML/CSS/Javascript, visual design, and text content). KnK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of all proprietary technology and CMS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Collection of Information: We collect personal information to enhance your experience and provide our services effectively. All information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Use of Information

The information collected will be used for service delivery and may be shared with divisions, sister concerns, or ventures of KnK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The data will not be shared with any external parties or used for commercial purposes without your written consent.

To improve your experience, we may use temporary cookies to facilitate your navigation on our site. These cookies are not used to collect personal data, but help us maintain service continuity during your visit.

Data Modification

We provide limited support for third-party software and installations. Issues related to third-party software should be addressed directly with the software providers.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are accepted as per the payment methods outlined by KNK Infotech (Division of KnK Enterprises) to be referred as KnK Once an order is placed and services are in progress, cancellations and refunds will not be entertained. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their login details and content. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes related to KnK will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India. All matters will be governed by the laws of India.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and all disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India. Copyright Policy: All content, materials, and services provided by KnK are protected under copyright law, Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may lead to legal consequences.

Guidelines for Use of Site Information

Viewing, downloading, or distributing information from the KnK Infotech website is permitted only for non-commercial personal use unless written consent is obtained. Unauthorized duplication or removal of proprietary notices is prohibited.

Warranty and Disclaimer

All services and materials are provided "as is" without any warranties. KnK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from service interruptions or the use of third-party software.
